Maintenance Expert

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Maintenance Coordinator in his daily activities and learn his knowhow with a view to professional growth;
• Start to learn the dynamics of project management and interface with other functions;
• Become responsible for the workshop when the Maintenance Coordinator is absent;
• Perform electrical/mechanical repairs and maintenance activities (ordinary and extraordinary) of the plant's production facilities;
• Make diagnostics and malfunction identification;
• Replace a broken component by taking it from the spare parts warehouse;
• Identify areas of improvement in the maintenance system and propose activities to reduce malfunctions, breakdowns and prevent accidents ;
• Participate in maintenance meetings by giving feedback on your activities;
• Collaborate with the plant team on the 6S continuous improvement project.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience in electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance
• Excellent knowledge of electrical circuits with PAV and PEI qualification
• Flexibility to deal with emergencies
• English: intermediate, B1
• Strong willingness to grow and develop your career as a Coordinator
