E' responsabile del coordinamento di tutte le attività tecniche sui progetti assegnati.
Pianifica, programma, conduce e coordina il lavoro di ingegneria del progetto assegnato; assicura la conformità alle normative vigenti, alle prassi e agli standard di ingegneria accettati; assicura la comunicazione e il coordinamento efficace sui progetti assegnati tra tutte le discipline e tutti gli altri partecipanti al progetto.
Esegue attività di progettazione, sviluppo di scambiatori di calore e/o accessori sulla base dei requisiti di contratto e specifiche di prodotto.
Esegue studi di fattibilità con la formulazione di proposte tecniche, analisi, progettazione, prototipazione.
Contribuisce al miglioramento delle attività e dei processi del team e aziendali.
Attività: Programmazione e previsione delle attività di ingegneria del progetto
Coordinamento e verifica dei deliverables di ingegneria del progetto
Report continui dello stato del progetto e delle variazioni d'ordine
Valutazione dei requisiti di contratto (per quanto di competenza)
Valutazione delle specifiche di prodotto
Trasformazione dei requisiti in "output" di progetto in termini di calcoli, dimensioni, tolleranze, scelta di materiali
Interpretazione dei disegni costruttivi
Dimensionamento dei componenti di impianto e del sistema in generale.
Redazione documentazione di progetto definitivo ed esecutivo
Esecuzione disegni di studi e particolari costruttivi
Stesura delle specifiche di acquisto materiali
COMPETENZE RICHIESTE
Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o esperienza equivalente;
Esperienza almeno quinquennale nella progettazione meccanica di scambiatori di calore.
Conoscenza di base tecniche di project management
Esperienza di progettazione assistita mediante software CAD 2D e 3D (preferibilmente Autocad, Inventor)
Esperienza nell'utilizzo di moduli di calcolo ad elementi finiti (preferenziale)
Conoscenza di macchine e di funzionamento degli impianti industriali.
Conoscenze tecniche/norme per la progettazione
Conoscenza analisi termo-fluidodinamiche e calcoli strutturali (preferibilmente Sant'Ambrogio, PV-Elite)
Conoscenza materiali e lavorazioni meccaniche
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale
Organizzazione e precisione
