Project Engineer (SPARE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Manpowergroup. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding Phase: Support the development of proposals for clients, participating in network definition meetings, and verifying customer orders created in SAP.
  • Project Execution: Control project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relational and communicative aspects of commercial activities.
  • Financial Management: Monitor contract costs, revise planned costs, and estimate costs to end, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular project progress updates, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: University technical degree or technical diploma, with 2-3 years of related experience in medium to large companies.
  • Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, as is SAP Project System module knowledge.
