Antonio Marras arriva alla moda quasi per caso nel 1987. Debutta a Milano con la collezione che porta il suo nome nel 1999. Sin dagli esordi, si fa riconoscere per le sue sperimentazioni e per la capacità di raccontare le diverse realtà che lo circondano creando commistioni tra arte, musica, danza, teatro e cinema, sua grande passione.

Rimanendo da sempre impossibile da classificare come un puro stilista e, favorendo il dialogo tra haute couture e RTW, Antonio Marras rimane unico nel suo genere, applicando la sua personale visione a tutti i campi che indaga.

La moda è, per lui, anello di congiunzione tra tutti gli altri linguaggi, terreno di libera espressione, un nuovo alfabeto che, a modo suo, usa per dialogare con il mondo e, al tempo stesso, esprimere il suo.

Fortemente legato alla sua terra d'origine, Antonio ne fa la sua forza e la sua fonte inestinguibile di ricerca e ispirazione. Tra gli elementi chiave dello stile di Marras ci sono: una meticolosa attenzione all'artigianalità, la ricerca per l'innovazione di nuovi materiali e la rielaborazione di concetti universali. Il "ligazzio rubio", che in sardo significa "filo rosso", è il segno inconfondibile della maison. Un vero e proprio "fil rouge", un filo di passione, che unisce tutte le sue creazioni.

Per il nostro ufficio stile, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che, sotto la direzione creativa di Antonio Marras, contribuisca all'ideazione della nostra linea di calzature.

Come fashion designer avrai la possibilità di dare il tuo contributo nelle fasi di ideazione, progettazione, sviluppo e organizzazione delle collezioni. Il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di riuscire a coniugare nuove tendenze, creatività e visione commerciale senza perdere di vista l'identità del brand.

**Responsabilità**:

- seguire le fasi di ricerca, analisi di mercato e individuazione di tendenze;
- proporre nuovi moodboard su input della direzione creativa;
- realizzare i disegni della collezione tramite dialogo costante con il direttore creativo e il team;
- lavorare sulla progettazione, sketches, specifiche e vestibilità;
- garantire il corretto ed efficace scambio di informazioni con il laboratorio/produzione;
- ricercare/visitare fornitori;
- monitorare il calendario delle attività per sviluppare la collezione secondo le corrette tempistiche.

**Requisiti**:

- laurea in fashion design;
- pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate del comparto lusso;
- eccellente capacità di disegno, sia a mano libera sia tramite specifici programmi di gráfica;
- ottimo utilizzo Suite Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign);
- conoscenza delle tecniche di costruzione, vestibilità, fabbricazione, cucito, colori, pellami e rifiniture.
- sensibilità verso la moda, visione commerciale e creatività;
- capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente e rispettare deadline stringenti;
- predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali, dinamismo e senso pratico;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale/internazionale.
