Da Luxe Talent , Agenzia di Consulenza Internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in profili Executive & Middle Management nei settori Moda, Lusso, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality e FMCG, stiamo cercando la figura di Footwear Designer per un brand internazionale specializzato nella produzione di abbigliamento e accessori con una presenza molto solida online e in store.Per questo ruolo si richiede il trasferimento all'estero.Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.Responsibilità del Footwear Designer: Creare, sviluppare e ideare collezioni stagionali per le linee di sneakers da donna garantendo l'allineamento dei progetti con l'estetica del marchio, i requisiti di funzionalità e le tendenze del mercato Gestire il processo di design, collaborando alla creazione e alla presentazione di design e palette di colori che riflettano le tendenze attuali e soddisfino le preferenze dei consumatori Collaborare con le parti interessate per facilitare i processi di sviluppo dei prodotti, garantire il lancio tempestivo dei progetti in linea con i programmi stagionali Cercare di migliorare la qualità e il valore dei prodotti rimanendo aggiornati sulle tecniche di produzione e sui progressi dei materiali e della produzione Applicare le conoscenze tecniche sulla costruzione e sui componenti dei prodotti per informare le decisioni di progettazione e ottimizzare le prestazioni dei prodotti Valutare l'andamento delle collezioni stagionali per definire le future direzioni del design e gli assortimenti di prodotti Gestire e tenere traccia delle scadenze dei progetti in base ai programmi di produzione e sviluppo, per garantire la consegna tempestiva dei progetti Condurre ricerche di mercato per comprendere le preferenze dei clienti, le tendenze del mercato e le dinamiche del panorama digitale Supportare tutte le altre aree creative.Requisiti del Footwear Designer: Minimo 3 anni di esperienza come designer con un curriculum comprovato Laurea o Master in Fashion Design Capacità analitica e di comprendere le richieste del mercato Forti capacità comunicative, organizzative e di delega, con l'abilità di navigare tra la creatività e il business Approccio proattivo e capacità di lavorare in multitasking e di stabilire le priorità Forte propensione al lavoro di squadra Disponibilità di trasferimento all'estero Se il tuo profilo incontra i requisiti richiesti, non esitare ad inviarci il tuo CV aggiornatoIn Luxe Talent vogliamo aiutarti a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, per questo ti offriamo le più interessanti opportunità di lavoro nel mercato della moda, del retail, del lusso e del FMCG.Seguiteci sui nostri social network per essere sempre aggiornati su tutte le nostre novità.Luxe Talent su LinkedIn o Instagram .
