Job Description Your Opportunity:
Alexander McQueen is looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant FULL-TIME or PART-TIME ("Categorie Protette" Art. 1 L. 68/99) to join the team of Milan Rinascente .
How you will contribute:
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and provide excellent customer serviceUnderstand current products, trends and collections and ensure that customers are informed and awareReplenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentationHandle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the companyKeep up to date with customer requirements and operating proceduresBe aware of daily sales targets and performance against them.
