Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Remote Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading in both languages.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and reports.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and activities.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also functioning as part of a virtual team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • The position is fulltime, Monday to Friday. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • Expected hours: 40 per week
