**Virtual Assistant**

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Remote Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading in both languages.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and reports.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and activities.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also functioning as part of a virtual team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
