CHI CERCHIAMO

Per il nostro Head Quarter in provincia di Bologna, stiamo cercando uno/a EXPANSION MANAGER.

Cerchiamo un/una Expansion Manager con una mentalità orientata ai risultati e una solida conoscenza del mercato. Dovrà inoltre essere in grado di lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di un team, nonché di rispettare le scadenze.
Svolgerà frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale e presso la sede Danese e sarà a diretto contatto con il team Expansion e la Retail Manager.

COMPETENZE RICHIESTE

Si occuperà di:
- ricercare nuovi spazi commerciali e sviluppare contatti con le società di commercializzazione
- negoziare i nuovi contratti e quelli già in essere
- supervisionare i tempi di consegna delle nuove location in relazione al calendario delle nuove aperture
- hand over
- monitorare i fornitori coinvolti nella realizzazione dei nuovi punti vendita
- rapportarsi con la sede Danese

REQUISITI

Buone doti comunicative, relazionali e di negoziazione
- Solida conoscenza del mercato e delle società di commercializzazione
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Buona conoscenza di excel, power point
- Capacità di analisi, pianificazione e rispetto dei budget
- Proattività, problem solving e gestione dello stress
- Capacità organizzative e gestione del tempo
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Preferibile il possesso di conoscenze tecniche
- Preferibile residenza o domicilio in provincia di Bologna
- Patente B
