Job Description

The Italy HR team is looking for a full-time intern for a period of 6 months.

You will be involved and will provide support to all the main HR processes for Italy with a specific focus on recruiting, employer branding, daily administration and employee relations.

You will assist the HR team (made up of 2 people) in the following tasks:

Learning and development activities;Employer branding activities and events;Overall support in the recruiting process (CV screening, organizing candidate interviews);Management of administrative tasks across a spectrum of HR;Coordination of the onboarding of trainees joining the Milan office.

Supervisory/Management Reports to the Senior HR Business Partner of the HR team, Milan.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Humanistic field, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Law, Economics;Excellent communication skills – written and oral;Fluent in English;Excellent presentation skills;Highly organized and proactive, Team playerGood systems and database skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications Company Description
