**Kitchen Supervisor**:
Il Supervisore della cucina è responsabile di assistere il team del proprio dipartimento durante la giornata lavorativa nelle operazioni quotidiane, garantendo la soddisfazione della clientela rispettando gli standard richiesti dal marchio e dall'azienda.
- Principali Responsabilità:_
- Comunicare con i dipendenti e tenerli aggiornati sulle procedure
- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività del gruppo di lavoro assegnato
- Comunicare con i Manager per valutare le procedure di lavoro, rivedere gli standard e identificare metodi e strategie per migliore efficacia ed efficienza delle procedure aziendali
- Verificare la soddisfazione della clientela
- Garantire la performance del team assegnato

Requisiti richiesti:

- Esperienza nel settore e nella mansione e nella gestione di piccoli gruppi di lavoro
- Inglese fluente parlato, letto e scritto
- Autonomia negli spostamenti con mezzi propri e/o mezzi pubblici
