JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Marketing Team sets marketing strategies by defining and implementing integrated communication plans across all physical and digital touch points. The Team supports all functions on the business and Field to stimulate and guide consumer buying behavior in order to increase sellout, to create value for the customer and to differentiate offerings and stimulate loyalty to the signs while respecting their positioning.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Support in the development of marketing strategies and the design of a nationally tailored action plan
  • Support the Brand and Communication Manager in defining the brand marketing strategy of signs, in collaboration with Commercial and Brand Corporate Directors
  • Support in the definition of Brand communication campaigns (briefing, creativity evaluation, coordination with Content Team / Social Media Team / External Agencies for the development of all assets for the various communication channels)
  • Help in the implementation of Digital, Social media and PR strategies, through creative briefing and production assistance for material development, PED development support, coordination of corporate and agency functions to ensure ontime conclusion and high quality standards
  • Support in the scheduling of all annual marketing and communications projects, making sure to ensure proper implementation within the timeframe of the plan
  • Support in the coordination of corporate functions and thirdparty vendor relationship management in the definition and implementation of strategic plans
  • Support in the coordination of territorial marketing plans

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Master's degree in business or communication disciplines
  • Preferably short internship experience in Marketing within a complex company operating in the retail sector is a plus characterized by a portfolio of numerous brands/insigne, where you have already been involved in Marketing activation
