Offer descriptionIl candidato, inserito nel team di analisti che operano su soluzioni di mercato in ambito Retail, dopo un primo periodo di inserimento e formazione sugli aspetti funzionali di prodotto:Analizza i processi del cliente e l'operatività degli utenti di business e modella il processo sulla soluzione individuata;Evidenzia i gap di processo e/o funzionali; ne raccoglie i requisiti di dettaglio necessari a definire e formalizzare la proposta implementativa più adeguata, interfacciandosi se necessario con il Vendor;Produce la documentazione delle funzionalità e contribuisce alle fasi di esecuzione dei test a garanzia della corretta implementazione delle soluzioni rispetto ai requisiti concordati;Analizza i flussi di integrazionne dell'applicativo nella mappa dei sistemi del Cliente, garantendo i processi end-to-end;Individua le migliori opportunità di bilanciamento tra costi e funzioni da implementare.Location: Milano, BolognaRequirementsLa ricerca è rivolta a laureati con consolidata esperienza nel ruolo e nell'ambito Retail (almeno 4 - 5 anni), preferibilmente con esperienza su soluzioni di mercato.A titolo esemplificativo gli ambiti di interesse sono: Master Data – prodotti, punti di vendita, fornitori, assortimenti; contratti fornitori, prezzi di vendita, promozioni, riapprovvigionamento merci, movimentazione della merce e gestione dello stock, inventari etc); familiarità con analisi di integrazione tra sistemi complessi e piattaforme differenti.E' richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta.Requisiti indispensabili a completamento del profilo sono:Sviluppate capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;Predisposizione al lavoro in team;Ottime capacità analitiche organizzative, autonomia, orientamento e determinazione al raggiungimento del risultato;Atteggiamento positivo, spirito di iniziativa e proattività.TypeHíbrido/Flexible
