We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Manager to lead and drive the market's retail training for one of the world's leading Retail WW Luxury Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Director – Retail Learning EMEA to adapt existing content to specific market needs, ensuring seamless integration with global strategies.
  2. Establish strong cross-functional partnerships to drive commercial priorities and goals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and growth.
  3. Create comprehensive project plans, documenting delivery timelines, resource requirements, budget oversight, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Negotiate with suppliers to establish local business connections, driving value and efficiency in procurement processes.
  5. Collaborate with store leaders to ensure adoption and behavior change through on-the-job application of desired knowledge, skills, and abilities, resulting in improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide evaluations for post-training endeavors to demonstrate ROI, ensuring that training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  7. Partner with corporate teams to adapt, design, and develop training classes and materials to fill identified training needs or curriculum gaps for the region, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  8. Provide follow-up to Global Programs, ensuring that training initiatives are aligned with global strategies and objectives.
  9. Ensure in-store coaching of sales teams and store leadership teams takes place regularly, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of experience in retail, training, instructional design, classroom facilitation, or performance consulting, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business, education, or human resources.
  3. Experience in leading teams, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, building strong relationships and trust.
  5. Fluent in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
  6. Experience in retail, luxury, and jewelry, strongly preferred.
