Presterai supporto allo Store Manager per garantire il rispetto delle procedure operative e organizzare le attività del punto vendita. In assenza delle altre figure di direttivo sarai tu il responsabile. Inoltre ti occuperai di:

  • collaborare al coordinamento del team di filiale
  • ottimizzare i processi di lavoro nel punto vendita
  • offrire al cliente una piacevole esperienza d'acquisto

Il tuo profilo

A contribuire al successo di HOFER sono persone dinamiche e appassionate, che mettono il lavoro di squadra al primo posto e sanno trovare le soluzioni più efficienti. Ti riconosci? Per ricoprire al meglio il ruolo di Manager in Training è importante anche:

  • esperienza professionale in ruoli di coordinamento (GDO/Retail/Ristorazione)
  • doti relazionali e comunicative
  • disponibilità al lavoro su turni (fascia oraria dalla 06.00 alle 22.00, anche nei festivi)
