Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our Customer Service team at Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering training programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of trainers across three sites to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and PM teams to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training plan.
Work closely with operations teams to identify training gaps and coordinate training activities accordingly.
Ensure training content, including job aids and visual aids, is updated regularly to reflect current best practices.
Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and improve training effectiveness.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
