About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our Supply Chain Department in Milan, Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and order management, with a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, implementing the company's customer service strategy, and coordinating with internal business partners to improve customer service.

The main accountabilities of the Customer Service Manager include:

  • Managing a team of Customer Service Representatives to drive delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Coaching and motivating Customer Service Representatives to meet KPI targets.
  • Identifying and implementing ways to increase overall team performance and efficiency.
  • Administering annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
  • Formulating and implementing policies and procedures to drive service-level improvements.
  • Ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to meet customer expectations.

The Customer Service Manager will also be responsible for implementing joint value creation opportunities with key customers, driving change and continuous improvement throughout the customer service organization, and exemplifying and driving adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field, and will be fluent in English. Spanish is highly recommended, and other languages will be a plus.

The ideal candidate will also exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as project management skills and the ability to coach and advise team members.
