Job Description:
Join us at Publicis Groupe during this exciting period as we focus on enhancing Retail Media capabilities, creating value exchanges for brands, and boosting ad monetization on retailers' platforms. As the Retail Media Lead, you will drive large-scale retail media projects, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to product planning processes.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to help establish and develop this practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Retail Media go-to-market plans and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with Italian retailers and define the retail media network strategy.
  • Create business cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive feature definition.
  • Establish operational frameworks for effective communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product teams to manage product development processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of vision, strategy, and requirement documents for new capabilities.
  • Utilize data analysis to solve problems and address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, sales, or retail media management.
  • Knowledge of Retail media platforms like Criteo and CitrusAd is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business ideas and manage complex processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of marketing technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
