Supporto produzione:
coinvolta in processi MRB, la risorsa avr il compito di fornire accettabilit di Non Conformit registrate su parti fornite da fornitori di raw material (forgiati, getti ecc) e/o parti lavrorate presso il plant. La decisione di accettabilit, riparazione o scarto della parte interessata verr elaborata tramite analisi FEM, analisi dimensional (stack-up) e specifiche richiamate.Lattivit si svolge in collaborazione con i dipartimenti Engineering Material System (EMS), dipartimento di Qualit e Manufacturing. Validazioni tecnologiche:
la risors sar inoltre coinvolta in attivit di validazioni tecnologiche aperte per fornitori di raw material e/o parti lavorate presso il plant.Questa attivit prevede la raccolta di dati necessari per poter validare lintroduzione di un cambiamento major o minor di un processo gi congelato, con lintruduzione di requisiti tecnici da rispettare per poter validare questo cambiamento.Lattivit si svolge in collaborazione con i dipartimenti Engineering Material System (EMS), dipartimento di Qualit e Manufacturing. La risorsa sar coinvolta nel supportare la parte in esercizio, qualora ci fossero Non Conformit riportate dal cliente una volta montato il componente di cui responsabile Monitoraggio produzione:
Inoltre, la risoltaavr il compito di monitorare la produzione delle parti di cui responsabile presso il fornitore e/o presso il plant, potendo proporre:
- miglioramenti atti ad evitare/ridurre Non Conformit;
- ridurre lead time per Non Conformit periodiche;
- miglioramenti atti a monitorare la produzione;
- Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Meccanica / Aeronautica / Aerospaziale;
- 1/2 anni di qualificata esperienza professionale in ambito Manufacturing o Quality, idealmente nel sett. Aerospace o in contesti industriali affini, con acquisite conoscenze in materia di materiali aeronautici, lavorazioni meccaniche, cicli produttivi, di assemblaggio, procedure di gestione Non Conformit, procedure di manutenzione / riparazione, controlli non distruttivi, etc;
- buona padronanza della lingua inglese;
- capacit di elaborare report/presentazioni tecniche per descrivere la valuazione della Non Conformit effettuata in maniera chiara e diretta. In aggiunta, saper elaborare in maniera chiara documenti di riparazione da comunicare a fornitore e/o plant;
- eventuale esperienza, anche solo accademica, in attivit di analisi e simulazione FEM di componenti meccanici (idealmente con tool quali Ansys, Nastran, Patran etc) sar considerata requisito preferenziale;
- eventuale esperienza/capacit duso di strumenti CAD (idealmente con tool quali Catia V5, SolidWorks, Siemens NX etc) sar considerata requisito preferenziale.Completano il profilo ideale spiccate doti analitiche, di problem solving, organizzazione e metodo, orientamento al risultato in contesto lavorativo dinamico e caratterizzato da stringenti deadlines, affidabilit, attitudine al al lavoro in team nonch forti capacit di comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni, unitamente a flessibilit organizzativa e disponibilit ad effettuare trasferte.
