- ** Gestione delle attività quotidiane**:supportare il team nella pianificazione e nell'esecuzione delle operazioni giornaliere, assicurando l'efficienza e il rispetto delle scadenze.
- ** Relazioni interdipartimentali**: collaborare con i colleghi di diversi uffici per facilitare una comunicazione fluida e costruttiva, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
- ** Gestione dei processi di lavoro**:supervisionare e ottimizzare i processi di lavoro, anche quelli di natura complessa, per migliorare la produttività e l'efficacia organizzativa.
- ** Comunicazione e Sintesi**: analizzare e sintetizzare brief eterogenei e disarticolati, trasformandoli in comunicazioni chiare ed efficaci per i clienti.
- ** Revisione dei contenuti dei volantini**: assicurarsi che tutti i testi descrittivi dei volantini siano grammaticalmente corretti e privi di errori. La persona sarà incaricata di effettuare un controllo qualità approfondito per garantire la massima precisione linguistica ed evitare comunicazioni che possano violare la normativa e le indicazioni ricevute dall'ufficio legale interno.

**Qualifiche**
I requisiti dello/a _stageur _ideale:
- ** Laurea **recentemente conseguita, preferibilmente in ambito **economico, gestionale o comunicativo**.
- Buona **conoscenza del pacchetto Office** e delle principali piattaforme di comunicazione digitale.
- Ottima **conoscenza della lingua italiana** (C1-C2)
- Buona **conoscenza lingua inglese** (B2)
- ** Capacità Organizzative**: eccellente capacità di organizzare il proprio lavoro e quello altrui, con un approccio metodico e orientato al dettaglio.
- ** Abilità Relazionali**: forti competenze interpersonali per gestire le relazioni con i colleghi e i clienti in modo professionale ed empatico.
- ** Gestione della Complessità**: abilità nel gestire situazioni complesse, risolvere problemi e prendere decisioni in modo autonomo.
