**CATEGORY SPECIALIST**:
che, riportando alla Direzione Category, sarà responsabile della scelta dei prodotti, delle categorie o delle gamme e si occuperà della gestione e dello sviluppo delle stesse, in linea con la strategia aziendale e le tendenze, garantendo la soddisfazione dei clienti e il posizionamento dell'azienda sul mercato di riferimento.
PRINCIPALI FUNZIONI
Definire e implementare il piano assortimentale, per ottimizzare la disponibilità, la rotazione dei prodotti e il loro ciclo di vita
Analizzare il mercato e la concorrenza, per identificare le opportunità di crescita e di differenziazione delle categorie di prodotto
Selezionare e negoziare con i fornitori, per garantire la migliore qualità e il miglior prezzo dei prodotti
Definire il modello di pricing
Collaborare con il marketing e le vendite, per definire e attuare le azioni promozionali e le campagne di comunicazione delle categorie di prodotto
Monitorare e valutare le performance delle categorie di prodotto, proponendo azioni correttive o di miglioramento
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea in economia, marketing, ingegneria gestionale o discipline affini;
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Category Specialist o posizioni simili, preferibilmente nel settore dei prodotti da imballaggio
Ottime capacità di analisi, di programmazione e problem solving per raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni
Ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione dei fornitori
Ottime capacità comunicative e di team working
Flessibilità e adattabilità al cambiamento, per affrontare le sfide del mercato in continua evoluzione
Orientamento al cliente e capacità di comprendere le esigenze del mercato
Capacità di gestire lo stress e lavorare sotto pressione
Competenza nell'uso di strumenti informatici e software di analisi dati.
