Vanti un'esperienza di 4- 5 anni in aziende modernamente strutturate - in società di revisione
Cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nella Direzione Accounting & Tax che per le società produttrici di energia elettrica sia responsabile del bilancio e del reporting di alcune società. E' prevista la collaborazione con la funzione di M&A nelle operazione di

acquisizione e straordinarie. La risorsa sarà l'interfaccia del business in materia di accounting nelle operazioni che rivestono particolare importanza.
Principali attività:

- Analisi della contabilità societaria
- Analisi dei Reporting Package
- Bilancio civilistico annuale e infrannuale
- Partecipazione alle operazioni straordinarie:
Profilo ideale
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili IAS/IFRS e OIC
- Adronanza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza SAP ed Exbr>
