Lo fa utilizzando una **piattaforma proprietaria** che aggrega migliaia di persone mettendole in relazione viva e continua con le aziende, attraverso attività per raccogliere insight rilevanti che supportano decisioni di marketing e prodotto.

La persona che stiamo cercando sta sviluppando la sua carriera da almeno 2 anni lavorando come **Sales Manager**, **Business Developer** o **Consultant in ruoli di sales**, seguendo con passione un portafoglio clienti diretto.

In dettaglio:

- sa identificare le aziende e i manager di diversi dipartimenti a cui proporre con entusiasmo e efficacia le attività di Dscovr, gestendo poi tutte le fasi di Sales sotto la supervisione diretta del nostro CEO
- sa gestire con empatia, cura e un pizzico di creatività le relazioni con aziende clienti Corporate, perché comprende le sfide di sviluppo che devono affrontare quotidianamente
- conosce il mercato dell'innovazione, in particolare i nuovi modelli di business digitale
- ha un digital mindset e affianca alla padronanza di strumenti di lavoro web based (pe crm) una passione per l'innovazione
- ha un approccio imprenditoriale e ha voglia di farsi coinvolgere nella nuova avventura di una startup dinamica, contribuendo in maniera attiva allo sviluppo di Dscovr
- sta cercando una nuova azienda che sappia davvero mettere le persone al centro della sua attività

**Requirements**:
Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver lavorato in aziende di consulenza, innovazione o di Digital Marketing e/o aver partecipato alla fase di ricerca, realizzazione e lancio di nuovo prodotti e servizi, digitali e non.

La sede operativa di Dscovr è a Milano e il team lavora sia in presenza (3) che in smartworking (2), offrendo flessibilità di modalità operativa e orario.

La posizione offerta è un contratto a tempo indeterminato full time, con retribuzione in linea con la tua esperienza e i valori di mercato.

Oltre alla compensation fissa avrai un variabile commisurato agli obiettivi aziendali e diverse possibilità di learning da definire in base al migliore career path.
