ITM è partner dei maggiori OEMs presenti sul mercato mondiale e opera in diversi settori industriali: minerario, costruzioni, agricoltura, applicazioni forestali, marino e applicazioni speciali (tra cui l'alta velocità).

La figura selezionata avrà modo di supportare la squadra nelle attività di:
Supervisione delle attività produttive: garantire che le attività produttive rispettino i target quantitativi, qualitativi e di costo, nel rispetto dei tempi assegnati.
Monitoraggio del funzionamento delle macchine: verificare costantemente il funzionamento delle macchine, segnalando eventuali anomalie per garantire la sicurezza e l'efficienza operative.
Controllo della qualità: assicurare che i collaboratori seguano le procedure di qualità per garantire la conformità del prodotto.
Pianificazione dell'attrezzaggio delle macchine/linee: organizzare l'attrezzaggio delle macchine in accordo ai programmi produttivi per massimizzare l'efficienza operativa.
Scheduling delle operazioni: predisporre il sequenziamento delle operazioni per ottimizzare l'utilizzo delle risorse di produzione.
Sicurezza sul lavoro e ambiente: applicare le norme di sicurezza per preservare l'incolumità sul luogo di lavoro.
Proposte di miglioramento: analizzare i costi e suggerire azioni per ottimizzare l'utilizzo delle risorse e migliorare l'efficienza del processo produttivo.
Valutazione degli indicatori di performance: monitorare gli indicatori di performance per valutare l'efficacia dei processi.
Coordinazione e formazione del personale: coordinare, motivare e formare il team per garantire la piena condivisione degli obiettivi aziendali.
REQUISITI
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
Esperienza equivalente di almeno 5 anni in contesti produttivi strutturati.
Conoscenza approfondita del funzionamento delle macchine e degli impianti.
Esperienza nel processo produttivo e nella gestione delle risorse.
Familiarità con le procedure di qualità e le normative di sicurezza.
Abilità di leadership e gestione del team.
Orientamento al risultato e capacità di problem-solving.
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Spirito proattivo e capacità di adattamento in un ambiente dinamico.
