QAIR Italia Srl, a subsidiary of the Qair group, is a company operating in the renewable energy sector. With its multidisciplinary team, it ensures full management of the entire project process, from feasibility studies to implementation and operation.

As part of strengthening its Potenza office, QAIR Italia Srl is seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a Part-Time basis (20 hours per week).

**MAIN TASKS**
- General secretarial duties.
- Call filtering and handling.
- Organizational support for office travel arrangements.
- Reception and registration of guests.
- Preparation of documents.
- Bank and post office tasks.
- Office management and procurement of stationery supplies.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Previous experience in a similar role, even if brief.
- Diploma and/or degree.
- Excellent command of major computer tools.
- Good to excellent proficiency in English and Italian (knowledge of French is positively evaluated).
- Precision and flexibility.
- Confidentiality, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Interest in the renewable energy sector.
