**Le tue responsabilità**:

- Responsabile del proprio Canale di Vendita, composto da circa system house e rivenditori specializzati IT nel territorio italiano
- Responsabile di un Team di Sales Account e Sales Trainer
- Ideazione, realizzazione e partecipazione ad importanti eventi e attività fieristiche di settore
- Programmazione di attività di sviluppo dedicate al Team, attraverso coaching, training, formazioni, colloqui periodici e definizione dei KPI
- Ulteriore sviluppo del canale di vendita Re-sell, grazie a moderni strumenti di gestione delle vendite e strumenti di CRM
- Sviluppo di campagne Sales orientate al Cliente, con l'obiettivo di aumentare le vendite
- Sviluppo e mantenimento di relazioni con gli interlocutori più importanti dei vari TOP Partners
- Ottimizzazione delle strutture e dei processi esistenti con l'obiettivo di maggiore efficienza ed efficacia
- Mantenimento e ulteriore sviluppo della performance del Canale, attraverso attività specifiche volte all'accrescimento della Brand perception, che rispecchino la premiumness dei prodotti AVM

**Cerchiamo uno/a come te**:

- Laurea e preferibile provenienza dal settore elettronica di consumo, focus telecomunicazioni nel mercato B2B
- Esperienza nella creazione di trattative di vendita profittevoli, propedeutiche al raggiungimento o superamento degli accordi target
- Ottima capacità di sviluppare new business e concludere le vendite
- Carisma e capacità di motivare il Team per portarlo al successo
- Personalità pragmatica, vincente, assertiva ed empatica, con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese (min. C1). La conoscenza dello spagnolo costituirà un plus
