Our office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil's creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space.

Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White

THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the full development process of all LGs, SLGs and Jewelry. You will respond to the Collection Coordinator and ensure all products meet cost, quality and brands objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate the execution of projects from insights to briefs through to design, development and costing
  • Manage the process of material sourcing, development, orders and purchases
  • Manage the planning of the projects structure to ensure the delivery of samples and production are on schedule
  • Be the point of reference between the Style team, Product and Production team
  • Communicate with suppliers and actively participate in providing feedback and corrections
  • Manage the budget and ensure its adherence
  • Coordinate the compilation of technical sheets and cost sheets

WHO YOU ARE

  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury brand
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe package
  • InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
  • Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage stress and pay close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes
  • Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced everchanging environment
  • Fluent in English written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
