About the role:
We're looking for a brilliant product developer who will join Chloé's Fashion Accessories Industrial team in Milan and who will be in charge of developing of bijoux and belts for Fashion Accessories' Collections: a new category in which Chloè wants to grow its business in the coming years
To achieve his/her goals, he/she will have to interface with Design and Merchandising Team based in Paris, Industrialization and Quality teams based in Italy and will have to manage relations with suppliers, visiting them frequently.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will be in charge of:
- Managing development of bijoux, belts and hard accessories collections working closely with Studio Coordinator and Technical Manager;
- Receiving style sketches and managing prototype launches at the manufacturers, ensuring prototype deliveries at the headquarter in Paris;
- Show room launches and Management of their deliveries;
- Frequently visiting suppliers to conduct follow-up meetings on protype development stages;
- Product data monitoring using SAP and PLM;
- Defining collection drops working closely with Industrial Director and Production planning;
- Managing budget for development, monitoring PO values on SAP.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- 5+ years of experience in the development of Bijoux and Hard Accessories within Fashion and Luxury Industry;
- Good knowledge of the network of metal accessory suppliers in Italy;
- Good command of Excel;
- Good English Level (knowledge of French will be considered as a plus);
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Attitude for managing priorities;
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external interlocutors of the company;
