Per primari clienti leader nel settore **Insurance**, cerchiamo professionisti -sia in ambito vita che danni, in base alla propria specializzazione
- da inserire nel nostro team di **Milano** che possano essere coinvolti sulle seguenti progettualità:

- Solvency II: valutazione delle riserve tecniche e del SCR (standard formula, USP e internal model)
- Predisposizione di Recovery Plan per Gruppi Assicurativi
- Sviluppo e pricing dei prodotti assicurativi
- Riassicurazione: analisi e definizione delle strategie di riassicurazione ottimali
- Planning: definizione dei modelli di pianificazione secondo i diversi principi di valutazione
- IFRS17: disegno e implementazione di modelli operativi target
- Data Analytics: analisi dei dati con metodologie innovative

Qualifiche

Sei pronto ad entrare in Sia Partners se:

- Hai conseguito una laurea in Scienze Statistiche, Matematiche e Attuariali o similari;
- Hai 6 - 8 anni di esperienza in una leading consulting firm o in una Compagnia di Assicurazione;
- Hai spirito imprenditoriale, la voglia di metterti in gioco e la volontà di creare "qualcosa di nuovo";
- Conosci il business model assicurativo;
- Hai una conoscenza approfondita di tutti i pilastri di Solvency II;
- Hai esperienza dei framework di risk management nelle Compagnie di Assicurazione;
- Conosci le principali normative IVASS, in particolar modo IDD
- Hai esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi con uno o più team sotto la propria responsabilità;
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
