Esperienza professionale:
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in ruoli analoghi, esperienza in ambito acquisti con conoscenze di contrattualistica e attitudine alla negoziazione.
Attività previste:
Il Project Buyer è responsabile di realizzare gli obiettivi di Procurement a lui assegnati nell'ambito della Funzione MEP dal Procurement Executive, da cui dipende gerarchicamente, e dal Procurement Manager, con il quale ha un rapporto di tipo funzionale, instaurando e gestendo in accordo con le policy aziendali la relazione commerciale con il Fornitore durante tutte le fasi del processo di approvvigionamento (selezione, gara, negoziazione, stipula e gestione Contratto). L'espletamento di questo ruolo lo identifica come la principale interfaccia di MBDA verso i propri subfornitori.
In particolare, la Risorsa nel ruolo di Project Buyer:
- Collabora con il PM (Procurement Manager) supportandolo nell'elaborazione del Procurement Plan per singoli Programmi aziendali;
- Analizza gli Statement of Work (capitolato che descrive attività, scadenze, responsabilità) per le subforniture di propria competenza;
- Analizza i contratti attivi Cliente e valuta i necessari flowdown sui relativi conseguenti contratti di Subfornitura;
- Individua i Fornitori destinatari delle Richieste di offerta confrontandosi con il Procurement Executive e il Procurement Manager;
- Prepara e invia ai Fornitori le Richieste di Offerta e le condizioni contrattuali monitorandone la presa in carico e la ricezione delle offerte richieste;
- Procede alla valutazione economica e commerciale delle offerte ricevute, avvalendosi per la componente técnica del supporto degli enti aziendali programma e tecnici;
- Conduce la fase negoziale (trattativa con i Fornitori) volta a finalizzare il contratto e/o l'ordine di acquisto e/o loro eventuali successivi emendamenti;
- Verifica le Richieste di Acquisto (RDA) SAP;
- Prepara gli ordini di acquisto SAP in accordo alle condizioni stabilite e RDA approvate;
- Monitora e controlla le fatture del forniture per gli ordini di competenza;
- Svolge un'attività di monitoraggio economico-finanziario della fornitura di competenza, gestendo gli eventuali scostamenti dai piani di Fatturazione e Pagamento concordati con il Fornitore;
- Pianifica il cash out annuale e pluriennale degli ordini, contratti e iniziative di competenza (Budget e Aggiornamenti mensili);
- Nell'ambito delle future opportunità di Business supporta il Procurement Manager nella valutazione dei costi esterni associati.
Requisiti:
Competenze Professionali: - Conoscenza pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Preferibile la conoscenza del gestionale SAP. Conoscenze linguistiche: - Inglese buono (scritto, parlato, letto e compreso) Altri requisiti: - Capacità di operare in team nazionali/internazionali;
