**INTERNAL SALES - CUSTOMER SERVICE**

**Posizione**:
Lavorerai nella gestione commerciale di clienti assegnati al mercato estero, collaborerai con Key Account Manager o Sales Director; svolgerai un importante ruolo di interfaccia tra il cliente e i reparti di produzione, in particolare ti occuperai di:

- Gestione e soluzione delle problematiche interne, relative a pianificazione e produzione, nei diversi stabilimenti (R&D prodotti, Pricing e Qualità)
- Supporto ai clienti pre e post-vendita, fornendo informazioni dettagliate sui prodotti richiesti
- Garantire la customer satisfaction

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea preferibilmente nel settore economico o linguistico
- Esperienza pregressa all'estero o nell'area Sales di aziende strutturate
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese; il francese o tedesco rappresentano un plus
- Dimestichezza con i numeri e con l'utilizzo delle tecnologie informatiche

Iniziale assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo determinato, con prospettiva di assunzione a tempo indeterminato

L'inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all'esperienza

Orario di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì.
