What we are seeking

At Cosentino, we are seeking an Account Manager based in Firenze. You will have the chance to work in a multinational environment with numerous challenging projects to be a part of.

Your Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your role involves managing our strategy and client relationships, ensuring the promotion and sales of our Cosentino products. Acquiring and retaining customers, understanding their needs for both short and long-term goals, and delivering top-notch services are key aspects of this role. You will be the main contact person for clients, aiding them in achieving their objectives and maintaining a positive and profitable relationship. Your tasks as an Account Manager will cover various segments:

  • Sales:
    • Develop and maintain product knowledge for customer presentations.
    • Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients in various sectors.
    • Manage overall sales in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure customers have necessary marketing materials for sales support.
    • Handle customer relationships, resolve concerns, provide price quotes, and enhance market share.
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Create action plans, collaborate with teams, and execute business strategies.
    • Work with different teams to achieve set goals.
Requirements for Success

Professional Experience:

  • 4+ years in sales or field merchandising.
  • 2+ years of interacting with various commercial industry projects.

Knowledge:

  • Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred.
  • Stone fabrication or distribution experience.

Academic Background:

  • Required: High School / GED.
  • Desired: Business or related field degree.
