The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a PR & Communication Specialist focus on Content and Community Specialist who will join the PR & Communication team based in Milan, Italy.

The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only.

Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective.

The mission of TMLO business is to offer our guests exclusive amazing experiences to best valorize the time they spend in our villages and their shopping.

Thanks to the collaboration network we keep developing with all the best players of luxury hospitality in the world, our malls are a destination for millions of high-profile guests coming from overseas as well as from the local area.

We work every day driven by a deep passion to offer to our tenants the most exclusive luxury environment and services to best valorize their off-price sales.- Our Communication Team works with the deepest passion to continuously promote all over world The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, its DNA and mission, and the touristic destination where our malls are located: a place where to live an exclusive experience of beauty.- Reporting to the PR & Communication Coordinator and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the PR & Communication Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and carrying over the communication activities with a particular focus on content production, social media and community management increasing the brand value and awareness to best support the Company strategy and objectives.

- How you will contribute_


Content production manage the content production with external agencies from the concept till the delivery of the assets (work on the creative idea, scouting of model, location, presence on the set, transfer, budget monitoring etc.) for all of the channels according to different purposes.

Ensure created content is aligned with the brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice. proactively suggest talents and creators for special collaborations in order to produce always new and innovative content in the touchpoints- Social media and community management manage full-funnel social media: editorial plan/publishing/tracking/engagement for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- strong focus on social community management in order to create a relationship with our followers/customers and understand/anticipate their needs and desires
- increase awareness of The Mall Luxury Outlets as a luxury brand through exceptional storytelling
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify key opportunities, launches, trends and data, and develop content relevant to customers
  • Analyze competitors' trends and luxury market;
  • Who you _
- are_You have a university degree in Communication or equivalent educational background

  • Professional with proven working experience in PR & Communication, social media and analytics tools
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, autonomous with an ability to manage resources and external stakeholder
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive, Flexible and proactive, driven by passion and with proven relational skills, with a customeroriented vision
  • Team player with a genuine desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal
