Welcome to the Luxury Lifestyle Hotel managed by Marriott International

The F+B Outlets Manager position is open to join our pre-opening team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our B+F outlets, which include two restaurants, a bar lounge, and in-room dining. Your responsibilities will involve leading teams, ensuring brand standards are met, and managing expenses effectively to meet budget goals.

About the Hotel:

Situated in the vibrant heart of Brera, our luxury lifestyle hotel aims to become a cultural hub in the city. With a design that beautifully blends rationalist architecture from the 1950s with a contemporary twist by Studio Urquiola, our hotel captures the essence of Milan through its colors, materials, and inspirations.

Managing Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Estimate consumption, maintain service standards, and order supplies
  • Lead by example in guest hospitality and service delivery
  • Empower employees and handle guest feedback effectively

Developing and Maintaining Budgets:

  • Manage expenses, assess opportunities, and apply revenue management strategies
  • Collaborate with local community and finance departments

Leading B+F Outlets Team:

  • Set goals, lead by example, and empower team members
  • Ensure compliance and improve service performance
