Job Summary: To manage properly all the reservations related to our F&B Outlets - STK and Radio Bar
What will I be doing?
- Promptly answer guests or potential guests calls according to our standards
- Manage the Guest in House and External Guests reservations in our STK Restaurant and Radio Rooftop Bar
- Daily check of emails and answer politely and according to standards
- Handle negotiations and proposals for small groups and events in our F&B Outlets and promptly inform all the Departments of special requests.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and strong Public Relations Attitude
- Must be fluent in English; other languages are preferred
- Flexibility, strong motivation and ambition for professional growth
