Join Starhotels as a vital member of our Booking Team in the role of Booking Agent. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for room reservations, promoting our esteemed property and encouraging guests to select us for their accommodation needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Mastering effective communication techniques during phone interactions.
  • Employing persuasive sales strategies to guide guests through the reservation journey.
  • Transforming inquiries into successful business agreements.
  • Identifying and actively pursuing promising sales opportunities with enthusiasm.
  • Providing professional and friendly responses to all guests, ensuring reservations meet their expectations.
  • Delivering swift and efficient service while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Demonstrating a passionate commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences.

  • A distinctive personality coupled with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS to streamline operations.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Experience in a similar booking role.
  • The capacity to foresee and address challenges, along with adept complaint resolution skills.
  • A dedication to providing exemplary customer service.
Language proficiency is essential:
  • Fluent in Italian.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Additional languages are advantageous.
