We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a key member of our hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Customer Service and Loyalty
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience throughout their stay.
- Support customer loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business and increase brand advocacy.
- Team Management and Development
- Lead and manage a team of Reservations Agents, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Proven experience in reservations sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
