About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a key member of our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Customer Service and Loyalty
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience throughout their stay.
    • Support customer loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business and increase brand advocacy.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of Reservations Agents, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in reservations sales or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
