About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing the pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategy to maximize Total Revenues per Head and margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the pricing and portfolio strategy to optimize local customer offering
  • Perform big data analysis to understand sales and revenue performance trends
  • Monitor Average Selling Price, Discount, and margins performance
  • Contribute to monthly financial forecast process
  • Monitor competition
  • Interact with Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams to define and execute commercial strategy
  • Optimize product and service portfolio offer
  • Maintain and improve reporting and KPIs monitoring

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pricing and revenue management in global companies
  • Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or other studies with significant numerical background
  • Strong data-driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level required)
  • Focus on promoting openness and transparency
  • Passion for learning and researching
  • Open to diversity and cultural differences
  • Real team player
