Our Team

We are looking for a talented Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the pricing and revenue optimization strategy across all Amplifon EMEA countries. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Retail Excellence teams to define and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies to maximize total revenues per head and margins.
  • Manage the product and services portfolio, including design and maintenance.
  • Perform big data analysis to understand sales and revenue performance trends, leveraging advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Monitor and analyze average selling price, discount, and margin performance, and provide recommendations to improve sales and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the monthly financial forecast process, including average selling price and mix forecasting.
  • Monitor competition and stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management in a global company.
  • Master's degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or other studies with a significant numerical background.
  • Strong data-driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong entrepreneurial attitude.
  • High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B level required).
  • Focus on promoting openness and transparency, with a passion for learning and researching.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
