About the Role

We're seeking a talented Revenue Growth Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment and embedment of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy within your division. You will be accountable for creating dashboards and reporting to track and follow-up on RGM-related business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization, reporting directly to the RGM Manager and working closely with sales, trade, business development, and category teams.
  • Create RGM analysis based on internal and external, financial and non-financial data with multifunctional teams.
  • Implement, automate, and standardize dashboards to constantly track and follow-up on all RGM-related business KPIs.
  • Anticipate risks, opportunities, and solutions to achieve RGM objectives and take timely actions to achieve budget for RGM initiatives together with the multi-functional team.
  • Closely track and analyze category and brand business drivers in all on- and offline channels, including willingness to pay of consumers, brand price positioning, pack-price architecture, share of assortment, share of shelf, share of promo, promo strategy, and launches.
  • Simulate RGM action impact at key Profit and Loss (P&L) levels, including units, gross sales, consosales, promotion investments, OCA, gross margin, and net prices by unit of volume sold (liter or pack).
  • Track ROI of past promos to see efficiency, as well as ROI of trade term investment buckets, and challenge them with commercial teams if necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven and extensive track record of successful projects in RGM strategies/projects on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/Consumer Technology (CT) players.
  • Deep knowledge of RGM techniques.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to act in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
  • Drive key RGM projects within multifaceted organizations with high numbers of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) among different channels.
