About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Subscriptions strategy as Head of CRM and Subscriptions. This critical role will drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to increase revenues through customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rate optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer growth, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Lead the CRM Team: Oversee the planning and execution of CRM initiatives, including customer segmentation, targeted campaigns, and engagement strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Finance, Strategy, Product, Rights, Brand, Content, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and drive business objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in key marketing roles, preferably within the telco, OTT, e-commerce, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Expertise in CRM Strategy: Strong expertise in CRM strategy, product marketing, customer experience, and digital media, with a track record of driving business growth and monetization.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Italian market, including consumer behavior, media landscape, and competitive dynamics.
