Job Title: Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Revenue Growth to join our team at Italian Hospitality Collection. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and revenue growth in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
