Pharma Point Srl is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to lead our efforts in the Italian market. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for Argenx's products in Italy
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and KOLs
- Collaborate with global marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to adapt strategies accordingly
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing sales and marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Deep understanding of the Italian healthcare landscape, including market access and reimbursement
