Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to maximize room nights, ADR, and total revenue across our properties.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement annual sales plans, including key account plans, to drive revenue growth and market share improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hoteliers, tour operators, and travel agents.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our sales pipeline and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including property managers, revenue managers, and marketing teams.


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in managing sales data and analyzing sales metrics.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
