Job Description

A leading international company in the engineering and electrical material distribution industries is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The Sales Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services and will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.
  4. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services.
  5. Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field, with 7-10 years of experience in a sales management role within the engineering or electrical material distribution industries. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
