Sales and Business Development Manager for Engineering Solutions

Job Description:
Azienda Our client, a leading international company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a Sales and Business Development Manager for Engineering Solutions. The ideal candidate will directly report to the Global International Sales Manager based in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and control divisions, to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of engineering solutions, maintenance services, and control systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a sales management role within engineering or electrical material distribution industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
