We are seeking a Business Developer and Sales Senior Engineer to join our team in Milan.

Your Daily Job

As a Business Developer:

  • Interface with Group's Companies to improve mutual knowledge and understanding, identify opportunities, and grow synergies.
  • Develop our installed base worldwide by approaching existing clients, checking for further opportunities, and proposing solutions.

As a Sales Specialist:

  • Review client technical documentation and requirements.
  • Review client purchase TCs.
  • Cooperate with process and engineering disciplines to define the most competitive technical solution.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Estimate plant cost.
  • Participate in technical clarification with clients.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations.

Your Profile

  • University Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Energy Engineering.
  • 10+ years of international experience in industrial plants with technical/sales/Business Development role.
  • Available for frequent business travel abroad.
  • Ability to read and analyze technical specifications and drawings.
  • Experience in dealing with international clients, partners, and agents.
  • Knowledge of process design of industrial water treatment plants is a plus.
  • Experience in cost estimation and commercial negotiation of complex industrial contracts is an asset.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
