Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our client, a scale-up company that specializes in the development of cutting-edge technology drones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business development and sales activities throughout Europe, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute sales strategy to expand market shares in the renewables industry, focusing on wind and solar.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineering and construction directors, as well as procurement functions.
  • Identify and prepare for international trade fairs and exhibitions, providing guidelines to the marketing department.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record of selling highly automated solutions to renewables industries and construction companies.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with a second language (German or French) considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50%.
