Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth on the Oil & Gas market within our Satellite Communication (SatCom) Line of Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and telecommunications sales, with a proven track record of developing existing customer portfolios and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth in the assigned market
- Accelerate customer acquisition through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly order intake goal targets
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Telespazio services
- Coordinate the offering process and teams to ensure successful delivery of sales engagements
- Manage relationships with current and potential customers to maximize commercial opportunities
- Ensure collection and systematization of data and information from intelligence and scouting actions on new sales opportunities
- Perform market intelligence activity and continuous scouting on new opportunities and guarantee subsequent internal dissemination of inputs gathered
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and business negotiation
- Entrepreneurial mentality
- 6-10 years of technology/telecommunications related sales or business development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree required
- Comfortable delivering results amid ambiguity and change
