Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new market opportunities and providing solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Identify and generate new sales and articulate our value proposition within assigned market segments to ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with International SOS companies and networks to identify global leads and opportunities throughout the Group.
- Market Strategy: Define go-to-market plan for your industry/market sector which illustrates growth opportunities, market dynamics and competitor analysis.
- Proposal Development: Coordinate all administrative and financial activities including contract review, tenders and bids, and invoicing.
- Implementation: Responsible for successful implementation of new business including all administrative, operational, and financial activities.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and insights and participate in workshops and networking events.
We are looking for a passionate professional with experience in consultative selling or business development within professional services or B2B. You should be able to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication. A global mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently are essential.
